Regulatory Plan
The Agency Regulatory Plan includes a review of laws enacted or amended by the Florida Legislature during the previous year that may require implementation through rule-making by the Council. In addition, the Plan identifies any proposed rule amendments that the Council intends to adopt during the coming year. The Council has two adopted rules. One is the Strategic Regional Policy Plan and the other is the Regional Dispute Resolution Process.
